Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is officially canceled by FFSWFL.
Indemnification Agreement
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fly Fish Southwest Florida, its affiliates, employees, volunteers, sponsors and property owner/host from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal disputes.
Photography & Media Release
By attending, you consent to be photographed and recorded. FFSWFL reserves the right to use event images and footage for promotional and marketing purposes without further approval or compensation.
Parking & Vehicle Liability
Parking will be available for registered attendees on or near the event premises; however, FFSWFL is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal belongings left inside them. Attendees park at their own risk. Please follow all parking signs, designated areas, and instructions from event staff to ensure a safe and organized experience. Illegally parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
